Moving On, here comes Arcade Fire, some of the folkiest indiest rockiest francophones to come out of Quebec. Only forming in 2003, they've already graced the cover of TIME, given praise by NME, AND were mentioned by Seth Green's character in the new hit sitcom "Four Kings" [now cancelled, sorry Seth].
