They say opposites attract, and that's exactly why I think Dropping Daylight works so well. It's the perfect marriage of "nice piano" and "in yo mofuggin' face guitar" (if that makes any sense at all). I even noticed that in quite a few of the band's tracks, they lure you into the chorus with some pretty sweet piano riffage, then bitchslap you in the face with ripping guitars. I don't know about you, but that sounds like good times to me.
