When Hawthorne Heights frontman, JT Woodruff, started his label Carbon Copy Media, many believed that his artists would be just that: carbon copies. So when Ellison released their debut album in August, the critics were a little more than skeptic. The outcome? Well Ellison blew everyone away - their sound could not be at a more opposite end of the emo spectrum. No screaming, no coordinated jumping up and down, just pure vocal-driven indie rock. "Say Goodnight, Sleep Alone" will make you just want to sit back, relax, and make love to the clouds.
