A Year in Six Songs Can a band be all over the place and formulaic at the same time? I think so- and that's not a bad thing. Take FYI for example, they're so random that you never quite no what vocals or note progression you'll hear next, but at the same time you know you'll get that bridge near the end -which is comforting. If you're not from the Ontario Area, chances are you haven't yet heard of FYI; but boy you will soon enough - they recently won a "Rock Search" that Finger 11 and The Trews were previous winners of.
