Fightstar are F*cking Awesome I don't know if you remember the band "Busted" from a few years ago... they had the song "The Year 3000" and that other song about the guy and his teacher... well anyways it' doesn't matter. If you do though, you'll remember that they broke up because Charlie Simpson wanted to work on his other band, Fightstar. Fightstar's already pretty big in the UK and now they're trying to hit up stateside. Their new album reminded me a lot of Thrice when I was listening to it - hard guitars with intertwined screamy and melodic vocals; I guess kind of like Alexisonfire as well.
