Extra Slice of American Pie Listening to "Halo" by Oleander yesterday really took me back to the American Pie 2 Soundtrack. That has got to be one of the only movie soundtracks that I would listen to regularly. One of my favourite tracks on that CD was "Bring you Down" by these guys - Left Front Tire. Being on that soundtrack was huge for them and I always figured they'd become major label famous. It never happened for them. I think they should have signed to Drive-Thru Records - that seems like a well-fitting label. Sadly, they had their last show in 2005.
