Before They Were Stars I stumbled upon these guys while doing research for this Friday's band (there's a hint). Before there was Billy Talent, there was Pezz. Back in 1998 Billy Talent released the CD "Watoosh!" under this name. They had to change their name in 1999 but there were no line-up changes so essentially it's the same band. The style is a bit different though. This album definitely has a lot of Pop and Ska influences but still carries the lyrical messages of Billy Talent as we know them today.
