Don't Call Them Pretentious Quietdrive formed back in 2002 with a harder sound than they have now in the '06. I wouldn't say a massive difference, but still notable even though both styles are great anyway. A lot of the band's music rides on catchy vocal hooks, and that my friends, is how they get you. They hook you with their vocal-bait, reel you in with their guitar-riffed-line, then gut you with a plain old gutting knife.
